Please note: This is a new bid and any vendor which was previously awarded on the Theatre & Fine Arts Supplies, Equipment and Services RFP # 20-1173 will have to submit a response to this RFP in order to remain an awarded vendor with Waco ISD

The Waco Independent School District will be accepting online bid responses for businesses that can provide supplies, equipment and services for the Fine Arts Department, specifically for Theatre, Speech and Drama Departments. These materials and services will be used by the District on an as needed basis. This solicitation is being created to provide a list of vendors which can become awarded and utilized by the Departments. A list of such services is listed in the RFP, however this is not an all-inclusive list of services
