Summary

This contract is for up to seven years for Fire, Life Safety systems inspection, maintenance, and repair. Most contractors bidding on this job will be licensed either Class A Engineering, Class B General Contractor, or a C-16 Fire Protection license, and have most of the personnel on staff to accomplish the work.

Background

The contractor must provide documentation that he/she or his/her subcontractors are authorized to work on the fire life safety systems at the Guadalupe Division.
