Description: Nantucket Islands Land Bank is inviting sealed bids for the Land Bank Maintenance Expansion Demolition Project at 166 Hummock Pond Road, Nantucket, MA 02554. The project consists of the demolition and disposal of: +/- 1,500 sf, single story wood frame dwelling including basement; +/- 1850 sf, detached single story, CMU storage building including slab on grade; utilities. Remove and dispose of related debris from the property and any groundwork needed to restore the site to its natural surrounding grade within the work area.
