Digital download cost is $35.00 which may be paid online via a credit card. Paper copy Plans and Specifications may be secured for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $250.00 per set from the Issuing Office of Tri-state Area Contractor’s Association located at 1216 Illinois Avenue, Joplin, MO 64801 or by telephone at 417-627-9392. Only subscribing members have access to download those documents on the plan room but plans can be sent to non-subscribers via the plan room upon receipt of payment and they are added to the plan holder list at that time.
