Project Description

The project involves the replacement of HVAC units at the following buildings within the White Course Apartment complex: Dunham Hall, Garban Hall, Grubb Hall, and Patterson Hall. The scope includes the following tasks:

1. Removal of Existing HVAC Units: The current HVAC units located on the flat roofs of each building will be disconnected and removed.
2. Roof Replacement: Remove and replace the existing flat roofs at all four buildings.
3. Installation of new HVAC Units: Install new HVAC units on the newly replaced roofs.
4. Gutter Replacement: Install new gutters at each of the four buildings.
