LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Mayor, Kevin Corcoran, for the City of

North Ridgeville 7307 Avon Belden Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039, until 11:00 AM

local time, April 23, 2026 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for:

SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE and SODIUM BISULFATE

Bids must be in accordance with the bid specifications and bidders are required to use

the hard copy or digital forms which are available from French Creek Wastewater

Treatment Plant, located at 2350 Abbe Road, Sheffield, Ohio 44054, phone number 440-

934-5251. To request copy of Bid Spec please email to salberts@nridgeville.gov. The

email should have the chemical name in the subject line.

Sealed bids must be marked on the front of the envelope “SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE

AND SODIUM BISULFATE.”

Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Bank Cashier’s Check, or Official’s

Check, or Certified Check payable to “City of North Ridgeville”, drawn on a solvent

bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that if

the Bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and performed. Bid Bonds and

checks accompanying rejected Bids will be returned upon the award of the Contract.

The City of North Ridgeville, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive

any variations in the specifications and any irregularities in bidding, and to accept the

lowest and best bid.
