Description: Work includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, grading, excavation, trenching, concrete flatwork, structural concrete, owner furnished pavilion erection, owner furnished pre-fabricated restroom placement, wastewater (mainline & septic), water, storm drain, electrical utilities, pavement markings, asphalt placement, architectural features, traffic control, erosion control for a new community park area complete in place per the plans, specifications, City of Shasta Lake Construction Standards, and these Contract Documents.  The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform and complete all work shown on the Plans and called for in these specifications, including all incidental work.  All other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Plans or the Contract Documents shall be furnished, fabricated, constructed, or installed.  The Engineer’s Estimate for the base-bid work is $600,000.00.
