All phases of work required to complete this project shall be included in the cost. NOTE TO CONTRACTOR A mandatory onsite prebid meeting will NOT be held to discuss these parcels. It shall be the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect and investigate improvements prior to submitting proposals to determine pertinent factors such as access, zoning, easements, condition of improvements, etc. The submission of a proposal will be construed as evidence that inspections and investigations have been made. Later claims for such items which could have been foreseen had inspections/investigations been made shall not be recognized.
