1412174047 (IFB) NGS N01 Air Preheater Tube Refurbishment

The purpose of this solicitation is to evaluate and select a vendor to perform complete air-heater tube inspection, leak-location testing, degradation mapping, up to 20 tube plugs, up to 20 tube sleeves, and replacement of up to 300 tube sections. Contractor shall perform a comprehensive inspection, leak-location assessment, and repair services for the Unit N01 Primary Air (PA) and Secondary Air (SA) tubular air-heater bundles, which contain a total of 8,052 tubes.

All work to be completed based on construction timeline schedule included within Appendix A Technical Specifications.
