Invitation to Bid

The City of Statesboro is seeking qualified Roofing Contractors to bid on a project for the replacement the roof on the Municipal Court Complex Building located at 22 West Grady Street. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to find the best and most cost-effective solution for replacing the damaged roof. A Mandatory Pre-Bid will be held at the Municipal Courthouse Complex located at 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, GA, on Wednesday April 2, 2025 at 3 PM. Any questions are to be submitted five (5) business days prior to proposal opening. Responses will be placed on the City’s website in the form of an addendum three (3) business days prior to proposal opening. Deadline for submission is Wednesday April 9, 2025 at 3:00 PM.
