Notice is given that on April 30, 2026 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly open

separate sealed bids for Northstar Platform Removals, Project Number 55001, Contract Number 25P329.

The work of this project includes removal of the Northstar platforms at Coon Rapids and Elk River within

the BNSF Right-of-Way. All Metro Transit assets will be removed, including shelters, lighting, kiosks,

cameras, message boards, signs, and concrete within the prescribed ROW.
