Project Description: Hillsborough County is soliciting for qualifications to engage a law firm to act as Outside Legal Counsel representing Hillsborough County (County) in connection with an investigation and possible litigation involving the manufacture and distribution of ultra-processed foods. It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to act as Outside Legal Counsel consistent with the scope of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), but the County reserves the right to award multiple contracts if deemed in the best interest of the County.
