The City seeks proposals from qualified economic development consulting firms to assist the City in evaluating, designing, and recommending the next steps necessary to establish a municipal economic development program. Questions about the RFP should be submitted to Regina Mahony, City Manager, at rmahony@essexjunction.org. The deadline for questions is 4:30 PM on July 10, 2026. Responses will be provided on the City’s website by 4:30 PM on July 17, 2026.
