Bidssubmitted by mail shall be sent to Jackson County Port Authority, P.O. Box 70, Pascagoula, MS 39568. Bids handdelivered shall be sent to Jackson County Port Authority, 3033 Pascagoula Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567.All bids shall be marked “SEALED BID FOR PORT OF PASCAGOULA EAST & WEST RAILROADCROSSING NORTH OF “B” WAREHOUSES TO BE OPENED AT 02:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, JULY 15, 2026”. Ifany envelope is not so marked, then the bid contained therein shall not be considered. Any bid in excess of $50,000must contain on the outside of the envelope the contractor’s current certificate of responsibility number, and no bidshall be opened or considered unless this number appears on the outside of the envelope or unless a statement isincluded on the outside of the envelope indicating that the bid enclosed does not exceed $50,000.The Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Contract, Plans, Specifications, Bid Bond, Performance Bond,Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following location:Engineer: DDG, PC plan room at www.DDGplans.com. All plan holders are required to have a valid emailaddress for registration.
