Disaster Emergency Debris Clearance Collection, Removal Processing and Disposal Zone 1 - to provide pre-positioned disaster emergency debris clearance, collection, removal, processing, and disposal services (the “Services”) resulting from, but not limited to, catastrophic events such as hurricanes, tornados, and floods, as more fully described in these specifications (the “Specifications”).
