It is the purpose of this RFP solicitation to secure long-term recycling and transportation services for recyclable materials and solid waste collected at the Island County permitted Solid Waste Handling Facilities located on Whidbey Island, WA. The County is seeking proposals from experienced entities that are operationally, technically, financially, and legally qualified to provide the required services.
