Contaminated Materials SRC Technical Support Team
Brief Description: MnDOT requests letters of interest for MnDOT’s Office of Environmental Stewardship’s (OES), through its Contaminated Material Management Team (CMMT), provides statewide support and recommendations for the management of contaminated soil, groundwater, and soil vapors within all existing and proposed state right of way for linear state road construction (SRC). CMMT evaluates projects to determine whether a contamination assessment or response actions are required. Due to current and anticipated workloads that exceed available staff capacity, additional assistance is needed to support timely project delivering and reduce environmental risk to the Department. The goal of this project is for the Selected Responder’s team to support and assist MnDOT CMMT’s routine SRC workload.
