• Scope of Work: Removal of existing asphalt shingles at Hyde Middle School: Buildings 100, 200, 300, 600, 700, 900, and 1200 down to the wood deck. New underlayment and asphalt shingles installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Mandatory Bid Walk: A mandatory prebid conference and site visit will be held on March 13, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Hyde Middle School 19325 Bollinger Rd, Cupertino, CA 95014
• Contractor License required: C-39
• Engineer's Estimate: $510,400.00
• Bid Opening Date and Time: March 27 @ 2:00 p.m.
