Sealed bids for the following described Multiple Materials Requirements will be submitted to the Asotin County Board of Commissioners at:

Asotin, WA 99402
10:00 a.m.
March 19, 2026 And then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids must be completed in accordance with the specifications and requirements as stated in each schedule.
SCHEDULE A: MAGNESIUM ROAD STABILIZATION
SCHEDULE B: PAVEMENT MARKINGS
SCHEDULE C: ASPHALTIC BITUMINOUS MATERIALS
SCHEDULE D: HOT MIX ASPHALT AND TACK OIL
SCHEDULE E: AGGREGATES
SCHEDULE F: GAS AND DIESEL FUEL
SCHEDULE G: FLAGGING
Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked for the appropriate Bid Schedule.

Asotin County reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids.
Publication Date/Time: 2/20/2026 4:00 PM Closing Date/Time: 3/19/2026 10:00 AM Contact Person: Contact the Asotin County Public Works Department at abossie@asotincountywa.gov to obtain electronic copies of the contract plans and specifications bid packet and regarding any questions about the bidding procedures. Business Hours: 8am to 5pm PST Special Requirements: All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Deposit of Cash, Cashier's Check, or Surety Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Asotin County Public Works Department. Miscellaneous: No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
