Description: DOCUMENT 00 11 00 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF OTSEGO ODEAN AVENUE WATERMAIN & PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE Bids for the construction of the Odean Avenue Watermain & Pressure Reducing Valve project will be received by the City of Otsego electronically through the online electronic bid service QuestCDN, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened and reviewed.  Once all the electronic bids have been reviewed and accepted (AS READ), the preliminary Base Bid results will be shared with all Bidders.  Bid results may be viewed at www.questcdn.com . Principal components of the project include the following: TRAIL PATCHING (3" BIT / 6" CLASS 5) 97 SY STREET REPLACEMENT - FULL SECTION 100 SY 12" DUCTILE IRON PIPE CL 52 OR 12" HDPE OR 12" PVC 1,484 LF 6" DUCTILE IRON PIPE CL 52 47 LF 4" DUCTILE IRON PIPE CL 52 27 LF 12" HDPE - HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILLING 2,255 LF 1 1/2" PVC PIPE SCHEDULE 40 75 LF HYDRANT 5 EACH 16" BUTTERFLY VALVE AND BOX 1 EACH 12" BUTTERFLY VALVE AND BOX 10 EACH 6" BUTTERFLY VALVE AND BOX 5 EACH WATERMAIN FITTINGS 3,240 LB PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE 1 EACH CONNECT TO EXISTING WATERMAN 5 EACH SUMP PUMP (FURNISH AND INSTALL) 1 EACH SILT FENCE, TYPE MACHINE SLICED 5,000 LF SOD REPLACEMENT 480 SY TURF ESTABLISHMENT (EST. 1.45 ACRES) 1 LS Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
