Description: The City of Hutto, Texas, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services for the City’s new Police Department / Justice Center Project. This solicitation constitutes Phase One of a two-phase procurement process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269. The selected firm will provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the development of a new municipal public safety and justice facility. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM, Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
