Form Details (Abstract): Auction 55577 Status Active Abstract Negotiation Number 55577 Negotiation Type Auction Title Coolridge Road Sewer Rehabilitation Description The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 6,646 LF (1.26 miles) of defective sewer mains; 2,093 LF (0.40 miles) of defective sewer laterals, and thirty (30) manholes located in the Piscataway Creek Basin, Prince George's County, Maryland. The Project is MDE SRF Loan funded. The applicable State Insert titled Requirements and Contract Provisions for the Treatment Works Projects Financed through the Maryland Water Quality Loan Fund and the Maryland Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund, Department of the Environment, State of Maryland, and other requirements are incorporated in the contract documents. The bidders should make note of the special additional requirements imposed through the use of this funding such as but not limited to the use of Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, the use of American Iron and Steel (AIS) products, and the submission of AIS material certifications to WSSC Water.
