Description: Request for Bid for the Removal of Aquatic Invasive Water Chestnuts at Luther Reservoir for the City of Attleboro.  Luther Reservoir is an approximately 18-acre drinking water impoundment of the Seven-mile River, located in the City of Attleborough and the Town of North Attleborough, Massachusetts.  All harvesting must be completed no later than August 15, 2025. Bid envelopes must be sealed and addressed to: Attleboro City Hall, Attn:  Brooke Knight, Purchasing, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA. 02703.  The outside of the envelope must say BID:  WATER CHESTNUT REMOVAL 5-26-26, the name and address of the bidder, date and hour of the opening and the name of the item which is being bid upon.
