Description: CITY OF MOORPARK NOTICE REQUESTING PROPOSALS FOR CITYWIDE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREETLIGHT MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moorpark is requesting proposals for Traffic Signal and Streetlight Maintenance and Repair Services.  Proposals must be received by April 18, 2025, via email at: For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. (Attn: Igor Leontiy, Management Analyst).  Submissions received after this deadline will be rejected.  Submissions by facsimile or in person will not be accepted. The successful proposer will be required to demonstrate experience working on similar projects.  The Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal must be submitted as separate documents marked: Proposal for Citywide Traffic Signal and Streetlight Maintenance, Repair and Emergency Response Services Proposals shall consist of two separate documents as follows: • The Technical Proposal document shall include a digitally signed copy of the Technical Proposal. Please name the document “Technical Proposal Traffic Signal Maintenance and Streetlight Maintenance Services”. • The Cost Proposal document shall include a digitally signed copy of the Cost Proposal. Please name the document “Cost Proposal Traffic Signal Maintenance and Streetlight Maintenance Services”.
