The City intends to award a 5-year contract not to exceed $250,000.00 for the entire contract period to a qualified bidder whose response conforms to the RFQ and meets the City’s requirements. The city doesn’t commit or a promise to spend, it is an estimated amount for the entire life of the contract. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid proposal described herein.
