Description: The City of New Rochelle is seeking sealed bids for RFB-PW-2026-047 to design, fabricate, and install two exterior illuminated LED light-box signs at the Ruby Dee Park Public Safety Kiosk. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, graphics, electrical components, field measurements, shop drawings, installation hardware, and protective measures, and complete the work within 50 days of contract execution.
