NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) NO. 26-001

FOR

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SUBSTANCE USE, AND TREATMENT SERVICES FOR

PARTICIPANTS IN THE COURT’S DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SOLUTIONS

TREATMENT AND EDUCATION PROGRAM

The State of New Mexico Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is currently requesting sealed proposals

from prospective Offerors for Domestic Violence Treatment, Substance Use Treatment, and Case

Management Services for Participants in the Court’s Domestic Violence Solutions Treatment and

Education Program (DVSTEP).

The RFP will be issued on March 27, 2026. Anyone interested in obtaining a copy may access and

download the RFP from the internet, after 10:00 AM on March 27, 2026, at the following address:

The deadline to submit a sealed Proposal in response to the RFP is May 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM (Mountain

Daylight Time). Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager by the above date and time or

they will be rejected.
