All addenda, tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site. Proposals must be received no later than July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM, Local Time, and will be publicly acknowledged immediately thereafter via Teams videoconference. Instructions are included in the solicitation documents. Award is scheduled for the September 1, 2026, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time.
