Request for Quotes Rental, delivery, and installation of commercial tents, tables, and chairs for the August 15 & 16, 2025 outdoor festival event in Denton, Maryland. Caroline County Recreation and Parks produces a two-day outdoor festival annually on the third weekend in August. The Friday/ Saturday festival schedule also includes a Sunday rain date if required for the Saturday program schedule only.   The production requires a variety of pole and frame tents, 6’ & 8’ banquet tables, and folding chairs to be delivered as specified.
