Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide seasonal concession services at Loring Ice Arena. Concession operations will align with the seasonal schedule of the ice arena, generally from September through April. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
