Description

EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CANADA DAY 2025-2026C1111-240211 NATURE OF REQUIREMENT Canadian Heritage is seeking the services of an Contractor, to develop, coordinate and execute the Canada Day 2025 National Event to take place in the NCR in 2025. The Contractor will be required to deliver a coherent and entertaining package that can be adapted to suit both the protocol nature and the celebratory spirit of the Event. This will include, among other things, the artistic and protocol aspects and the coordination of the production, broadcasting and technical aspects of the events under the direction of PCH as well as the infrastructures on the site. The period of the Contract is from date of award to October 31, 2025, and also contains one (1) one-year option for the provision of services for the Canada Day 2026 Event. Bids must only be submitted through CanadaBuys (SAP Ariba) by the date, time and place indicated in the bid solicitation. All bids submitted through other means will neither be accepted nor considered.
