PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The work includes the replacement of existing gas-fired fire training props, upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, and minor structural modifications at the Tarrant County College District (TCCD) Northwest Fire Service Training Center (FSTC). Scope elements include the removal and installation of new fire props, HVAC modifications, gas distribution system upgrades, electrical power and lighting improvements, and reinforcement or replacement of thermal barriers, doors, and windows as required.
