Description: The City of Belleville, St. Clair County, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for 2026-2027 Infrastructure 27-00000-04-GM until 10:00 a.m.May 11, 2026, at the office of the City Clerk 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on May 11, 2026. Sealed bids shall be sealed in a plain envelope marked on the outside with the words “2026-2027 Infrastructure 27-00000-04-GM” and delivered to the City Clerk during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening time.
