Description: The City of Framingham is soliciting qualifications for "On-Call" Engineering/Design for citywide construction projects utilizing a qualifications-based selection who will be responsible for assisting Framingham Departments citywide in developing feasibility studies, project scope, budget and schedule, preparing detailed plans and specifications various projects as required. Other services generally conducted by such firms may be included as required. Up to 3 vendors may be selected. The term of agreement for said services would cover a period of three (3) years with an estimated, not guaranteed, design cost of up to $1,000,000 per year for estimated project costs of up to $3,000,000 through the duration of the three-year contract, contingent on funding. RFQ documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Please register your company to obtain these documents RFQ documents will be available on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 after 10:00 AM on Bidnet.    Proposals shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 by 10:00 AM www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
