There will be a mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on June 15, 2026 at 9:00AM, Tinker School 809 Highland Ave. Waterbury CT 06708.  ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE INFORMATION SESSION IS MANDATORY.  THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.  Meet in Main Lobby.

The City of Waterbury, Department of Education, is seeking a qualified vendor to procure and install a Public Address System at Tinker Elementary School. The purpose of this system is to enhance communication, safety, and emergency preparedness within the school premises.
