The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide one or a combination of the following services for transportation projects on a statewide basis: Pavement Evaluation, Testing and Design Geotechnical Investigation, Testing, Evaluation and Design Specialized services related to pavement engineering.The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $2,000,000 per term.The solicitation information and documents are available at www.bidexpress.com.
