Category: City of Twin Falls Bids and RFQs Status: Open Description: This notice, dated March 10, 2026, is provided, pursuant to the City of Twin Falls requirements under Idaho Statutes Title 54, Chapter 45, 4511. In compliance with the requirements, CORE Construction is soliciting bids on behalf of the City of Twin Falls as the Construction Manager/General Contractor, from licensed public works contractors and from suppliers for all construction work, materials and equipment, identified, within this Request for Proposal (RFP), deemed qualified by the Construction Manager, the following list of trade subcontract scopes of work are anticipated for this project.

Please contact Debbie Cardelli to request an invitation toqualify with CORE Construction. - debbiecardelli@coreconstruction.com.Applications for Qualification shall be received by 5:00 PM mdt, Tuesday, March 17, 2026.DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECTIn General, the project consists of the Twin Falls Parks and Recreation Vista Bonita Park Expansion plan at the VistaBonita Park, Add Alternates include Prefabricated Restroom Building with additional Shade Structures and Splash Pad,a dog Park and Competition Corn Hole. The addition to the existing park consists of approximately 6 ACRES TOimprove community, service, capacity, and family play.The project includes earthwork and paving for a parking field, walking trails, sports field, it also includes landscaping,and irrigation, the installation of a prefabricated concrete restroom building, multiple freestanding low maintenanceshade structures located throughout the park site, and new construction of a public splash pad designed forinteractive water play. Supplemental irrigation, plumbing and electrical services are included in the scope of servicesWork commencing following completion of construction documents with an anticipated start date in April 2026 withcompletion anticipated in September 2026.The project is estimated to be between $1,250,000 to $1,900,000EXISTING CONDITIONSCORE has scheduled a non-mandatory site walk for Thursday 3/19/26 at 1:00 pm. Otherwise, the site is available tosubcontractors to view without advance coordination with CORE. Do Not Contact the Client / End Users for Access tothe Site. CORE has published reference documentation on existing conditions of the proposed site at the FTP site.
