OC San is proposing a Biosolids Deep Well Injection (BDWI) Project, an innovative approach to safely and sustainably manage biosolids, the solid organic matter recovered from the wastewater treatment process. This effort will engage the public, elected officials, regulators, and stakeholders about the BDWI Project’s safety, environmental benefits, and long-term sustainability.
