Bid Title:	2026 Hubert Well No.11 Emergency Generator Modifications

Description: Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority (hereinafter referred to as ONWASA), until 2:00 pm on February 10, 2026, at 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina, to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to permanently install a new generator, remote 500-gallon fuel supply tank, an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), and concrete pad, at ONWASA’s Hubert Well No. 11, as specified in this Request for Bids (hereinafter referred to as RFB). This is an informal request for bids, and the bids received will not be made public until the contract is awarded. NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all bid opportunities at ONWASA. For more details, see the Request for Bids below under "Related Documents."
