ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at College of Southern

Idaho, Attn: Chief Business Officer, Taylor Administration Building, 315 Falls Ave.,

Twin Falls, Idaho 83301 until 11:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, March 19, 2026 for DPW Project 26090

Hepworth Rm 195 & Fine Arts Rm 87 Replace Lecture Hall Seats, College of Southern Idaho, Twin

Falls, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include demolition of lecture hall seating

and worksurfaces, carpet, and lecterns. Installation of new lecture hall seating, carpet and lecterns with

presenter desks.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Friday, March 6, 2026 beginning at 1:00 p.m., prevailing local time,

at the College of Southern Idaho Campus Safety and Maintenance Building, 315 Falls Ave, Twin

Falls, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional. No deposit required. Others may obtain documents

at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $268,748.00
