2026 Annual Town Meeting Audio and Visual Services

The Town of Wayland, pursuant to M.G.L.  c.30B, seeks quotes from qualified contractors to for the supply of all equipment needed to provide the Town of Wayland with audio/visual (A/V) services as set forth in the attached Town Meeting setup schematic.  The Contractor will provide all equipment and labor required for the attached A/V setup for Town Meeting, which is scheduled for May 4, 2026, starting at 6:30PM ET.
