Miscellaneous Roof Repairs (2024-2025)

Description :
This contract will consist of repair or replacement of roofs at the ALCOSAN Wastewater Treatment Plant due to age or quality.  The roofs under consideration for repair or replacement include the Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) Penthouse roof and the East Headworks Grit Handling roof.  Additional roofs may be added to the scope if they are determined to be in need of repair or replacement due to age or quality during the design phase of this project.
