Video upgrades for NIAR ARC Building

Scope:

The video system upgrades shall consist of new direct view LED panels to replace

the LCD video walls in both collaboration rooms including a control system and

video switching, adding a new LED wall to room 152, and replacing displays in the

hallways and rooms 159A, 162, and 254B. A new AVoIP system will be implemented

to provide content from multiple sources to all displays. All display mounts,

hardware, cabling, installation, and programming shall be provided by the AV

contractor.

The AV Contractor will be responsible for removal of all existing equipment for the

systems being updated. The AV Contractor will be required to provide the customer

with ALL programming files including any custom modules used for the systems in

this package.

The AV Contractor shall include a 3 year parts and labor warranty on all equipment,

installation, and programming.

efficient Flip Chip COB XM LEDs, 1500 nits brightness, 15.75ft W x 4.43ft H. Each

system includes wall mounts, H2 LED Controller with HDMI2.0 card and 16RJ45
