The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering, invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). The contractor will provide expert technical advice and consultation in the areas of construction management and contract administration, inspection, project management and other CPMS related engineering and management services for the Salton Sea Species Conservation Habitat (SCH) Design-Build Project at the New River.
