In order to be considered for award, contractors MUST submit a bid for both BRO-R026(025) AND Cole County 2023-602-1. See JSP “Required Combination of Projects” in the project bid manual for additional information. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, determined by the combined total of the bids for both projects. Failure to submit a bid for either project will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive or irregular, and it will be rejected from consideration.
