FACILITIES INDEX CONDITION ASSESSMENT, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND
The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for a FACILITIES INDEX CONDITON ASSESSMENT until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, January 24, 2024. Proposals shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401,

Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, obtain basic asset information for City-owned and operated buildings facilities, assess the condition of those assets, and quantify the extent of current deferred maintenance as well as identify the necessary corrective actions and capital repair and replacement needs moving forward. Information gathered shall be based on asset conditions, criticality, and level of service goals; with a goal of minimizing life cycle costs and risks associated with investment schedules / long term funding plans.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-Proposal meeting on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 2:30 p.m., local time, via Google Meet.
The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
