Description: Notice is hereby given that proposals for the Port of Bellingham’s Blaine & Squalicum Harbors Janitorial Services will be received at the Squalicum Harbor Office, 722 Coho Way, Bellingham, WA 98225 until 2pm, December 31, 2025. Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered. All submitted proposals must include four (4) original hard copies plus one (1) digital copy. The scope of work involves janitorial services at Blaine & Squalicum Harbors, for the two-year period February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2028. This work is subject to prevailing wage rates as required on all public janitorial services. A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 10am on December 17, 2025, which includes both facilities, Blaine and Squalicum Harbors. Service Providers shall meet at the Squalicum Harbor Office located at: 722 Coho Way, Bellingham WA. Specifications (including RFP scoring) are contained in this RFP. The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities. All proposals submitted shall be considered valid offers for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the proposal date. All proposals become the property of the Port of Bellingham and are subject to public disclosure laws per RCW 42.56.
