Globe Valve Replacement Pit

GENERAL

The Town of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, Public Works Department requested the submission of Bids to install a valve pit at our water Tower.

-Plan sets are available upon request

-Town will supply Globe Valve

-Project needs to be performed during Kingswood Regional School breaks

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS REQUESTED

Five (5) copies of the Statement of Qualifications are to be provided. Information describing the roles and qualifications of key members of your firm that will be involved with the various tasks of the project. Please include the main client contact person and proposed organizational chart. A statement of why your firm would be a good fit for Wolfeboro and a brief discussion of the firm’s approach to performing this project. Description of scheduling and quality control procedures. A minimum of 5 client references for projects completed within the last 5 years.

NOTE: Please limit your submission to 25 pages in the Qualification Package. However, concise statements are preferred, bullets and outlines are better. Your goal should be to use the least number of pages to show Wolfeboro your company’s qualifications to perform the required tasks.
