Scope of Services
This is a Summary of the request for Engineering Testing continuing services; reference the RFQ and any all other documents and information contained in this solicitation.
This document shall provide the School Board of Volusia County Florida (also referred to as the Board or District), with Engineering Testing Continuing Services, in accordance with Section 255.103 and 287.055 F. S., Consultants` Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA) and State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), where the method of compensation is a Negotiated Fixed Fee, pursuant to contract provisions.
The School Board’s intention is to select multiple Firms for engineering testing services. The selected Firm(s) shall provide engineering testing services for various projects throughout the District, on an as-needed basis.
