Description:	REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SYSTEMIC INTERSECTION SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. WT25052 / FEDERAL PROJECT NO. HSIPL-5008(226) Provide professional consultant services to design intersection safety improvements at three intersections and provide assistance during the construction phase of the project. March Lane at Red Russo Drive March Land and Precissi Lane Hammer Lane and Montauban Avenue Consultant must be familiar with the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP), and Carbon Reduction Program Local (CRPL) funded projects, Caltrans Local Assistance Programs Guidelines (LAPG) and Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM).  Likewise, the Consultant and Consultant Staff must demonstrate recent design experience on similar projects.
